QuickGraph utilizes Auth0, a third-party authentication and authorization service, to store user information and MongoDB, a third-party database service, to store user application data. While we strive to protect your data, QuickGraph cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information you store or transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with data storage, including but not limited to, unauthorized access, data loss, or data corruption. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. QuickGraph is not responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from the data storage services provided by Auth0 and MongoDB.

2. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Policy provides information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use the Service. It also details how user registration data is stored with Auth0 and user application data is stored in MongoDB. By using the Service, you consent to the storage of your data with these third-party providers and acknowledge that QuickGraph is not responsible for their privacy practices or data security measures.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
QuickGraph owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to all software, content, and trademarks. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickGraph and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise.
