📄️ Details
The first step of project creation is specifying project details (Figure 1). This is where you can set up and customise the configuration and annotation controls of your project. When creating a project, you will be assigned as the project manager, giving you exclusive access to all the project's settings, resources, and datasets.
📄️ Dataset
The second stage of project creation requires selecting a project dataset (Figure 1). Both user-generated and system-provided datasets are presented in a table format.
📄️ Ontologies
The third stage of initiating a project involves choosing the appropriate project ontologies (Figure 1). These ontologies serve as controlled vocabularies for annotating entities and relationships within the dataset. Resources for entity and relationship ontologies are displayed in a table format. The accessible ontology resources are contingent on the task setup chosen in the first step (details) and the dataset picked in the second step. The following conditions can affect the available ontologies:

📄️ Invitation
The final configuration step involves inviting collaborators, who play a crucial role in curating high-quality corpora for machine learning or NLP tasks. It is optional to invite collaborators, as projects can be created with any number of users.
📄️ Review
The final step before launching your project involves reviewing the progress made in each stage. The review step offers a summary of the details you've entered throughout the process. Each stage is represented by a summary card, displaying the current status of that stage.
